These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Khatay website, Khatay web application, and Khatay Invoice mobile app. By using Khatay, you agree to these terms.
Use of Khatay
Khatay provides accounting, invoicing, inventory, reporting, and business management tools. You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking that records, invoices, reports, taxes, and financial outputs are accurate for your business.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and company information and promptly update it when needed.
Business Data
You retain responsibility for your business data. You grant Khatay permission to host, process, transmit, and display your data as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain backups, and operate related features.
Subscriptions and Billing
Khatay Invoice may offer free and paid plans. Paid mobile subscriptions may be billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on the applicable app store rules and account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Khatay, including by:
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorization.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Interfering with service availability, security, or integrity.
- Using Khatay for fraudulent or illegal activity.

We work to keep Khatay reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Termination
